Warehouse: Our 30,000 square foot warehouse allows us to stock thousands of items and provide prompt service and delivery. If you don’t see what you want, contact us and we will make the effort to find it for you.
Minimum Purchase: One case or roll. Items of the same type combine for quantity discounts. Please ask about discounts.
Shipping:
Shipping costs are not included in your order price. The shipping cost calculated with your order is approximate and may vary due to several factors. Please contact us by phone or e-mail if you’d like to know shipping costs before the merchandise is sent. Freight charges from Jacksonville or other necessary shipping point will be added to your invoice unless otherwise noted.
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of order placement. Merchandise is shipped via UPS unless truckline delivery is more economical or you specify another shipping method.

50% Discount on orders over $250
Full freight allowance on orders over $500
Returns:
All shipments should be inspected upon receipt. Damaged or missing merchandise must be noted on the delivery or freight bill. Damage claims must be filed with the carrier. Please contact customer service for authorization to return any products within 30 days of invoice date. All merchandise must be returned in the original package and suitable for resale. Unless the shipment was our error, returned merchandise will incur a 20% restocking fee. Special order products may not be returned. Please contact us for authorization before returning merchandise.
